Research Abstract

プラズマローゲンはリン脂質の一種で、リポタンパク質中の生理的な抗酸化因子であり、動脈硬化症やアルツハイマー病と深く関わっていると考えられている。今回の内臓脂肪細胞を用いたin.. vitro での検討で、摂取、吸収されたプラズマローゲンは他の脂質(中性脂質、その他リン脂質)の場合に比べ、内臓脂肪細胞の脂肪蓄積に抑制的に働くこと、さらにアディポネクチンの放出増加など、アディポサイトカイン放出に関与することが示唆された。
