Research Abstract

ピーナッツ主要アレルゲンであるAra h 1、および、Ara h 3について、cDNAのクローニング、組換えタンパク質の発現と精製を行い、Ara h 1についてはX線結晶構造解析に供し得る単結晶の調製に成功した。Spring-8放射光施設において取得した2.8ÅまでのX線回折データより、Ara h 1結晶の空間群をC2、a=165.899Å, b=89.263Å, c=160.036Å, α=90°, β=109.046°γ=90°と決定し、ダイズ7Sグロブリンβ-サブユニットの立体構造をサーチモデルとした分子置換法により初期位相を決定した。
