Research Abstract

樹木の活力度診断において、葉内のクロロフィルの定量は不可欠である。本研究は、ヤマザクラとソメイヨシノの葉内クロロフィル濃度を推定するための最適な指数を開発することを主な目的とした。8タイプの指数を使い、最適なハイパースペクトル指数を探索した結果、選択された指数は既存の指数よりも性能が高く、SPADの約2倍よい精度を持っていた。また、新しく提案された差分・比一体型指数は、クロロフィル濃度推定に有用であった。
