Research Abstract

フジツボ類、イガイ類などの海洋付着生物幼生の個体数を容易に把握できるシステム開発に応用できるマルチ蛍光プローブ化合物の開発を行うために、様々な蛍光プローブ化合物を合成し、フジツボキプリス幼生に対する作用について蛍光顕微鏡下で観察を行った。その結果、フジツボキプリス幼生検出システム開発に必要と思われる各種官能基や、蛍光基について、また付着阻害活性発現に関して多くの新たな知見を得るに至った。
