Research Abstract

競合PCR法を用いたサケ呼吸鎖酵素遺伝子の発現量測定系を開発した。
コハク酸脱水素酵素活性が成長の影響を、チトクロム酸化酵素活性が水温変化の影響を受けた。
ATP合成酵素遺伝子の発現量が4fmol Competitor/μgtotal RNA以上、ATP量が10〜100pmol/g体重の時、サケ人工種苗は健康と判断された。
飼育密度30kg/m3以下、溶存酸素量7ppm以上をサケ人工種苗の適正飼育基準とした。
