Research Abstract

紅藻スサビノリ葉状体の栄養塩類の取込みに重要な役割を果たすと考えられる4種類のトランスポーター遺伝子を同定し, 栄養環境変化に対する各遺伝子の発現応答性を明らかにした. また, スサビノリ葉状体の環境応答や葉状体栄養細胞の生殖細胞への分化に関与していると考えられる5種類の候補遺伝子を同定し, 環境(水温および光周期)変化にて生殖細胞分化を誘導した葉状体における各遺伝子の発現変動を明らかにした.
