Research Abstract

イヌにおける免疫介在性疾患の新規治療法として使用可能な抗体療法のシステムを確立する基礎的研究を行った.哺乳類細胞株を用いてイヌキメラ抗体を発現可能なイヌキメラ抗体カセットベクターを作製した.また、抗体療法に用いるためのソースとして、B細胞に特異的に発現するイヌCD20に対するモノクローナル抗体を作製した.さらに、T細胞に特異的に発現するモノクローナル抗体ライブラリーを作製した。これらを用いて臨床応用への実現性について検討中である.
