Research Abstract

本研究では分裂酵母の全ORFの過剰発現株とリバースアレイの手法を利用し、ヒストンの翻訳後修飾に及ぼす遺伝子過剰発現の影響を調べた。結果、ヒストンのアセチル化をグローバルレベルで変動させる因子として、アセチル化酵素、脱アセチル化酵素に加えてヒストンシャペロンやクロマチン構造に影響を及ぼす因子、さらにはrRNAの転写活性化因子やアミノ酸、グルコース代謝に関与する因子を明らかにすることができた。
