Research Abstract

我々が海洋生物の二次代謝産物より見いだした、血管新生阻害活性を示す二種の生物活性天然物について合成研究を行った。イソキノリン側鎖を有する新規ステロイドアルカロイドcortistatin Aについては全合成の鍵となるCD 環フラグメントの立体選択的な合成に成功するとともに、構造を単純化した活性リード化合物の設計・合成を行った。また、イソマラバリカン型トリテルペンglobostellatic acid X methyl esterの合成研究の一環として、活性発現に重要な共役オレフィン側鎖を含むBC 環モデル化合物の合成に成功した。
