Research Abstract

現代の医薬品製造においては、環境にやさしい手法を用いて、有害廃棄物を排出せずに、効率よく目的化合物を与える方法論の確立が望まれている.本研究では、機能性分子であるポリアクリルアミド系高分子と金属触媒から構成される新しい固相触媒の合成を行い、その機能性の活用に着目した有機反応システムの設計を行った.新たに見出した反応系は、特に酸化反応に有効であり、酸素や過酸化水素水等のクリーンな酸化剤を用いる反応が効率よく進行することが明らかとなった.
