Research Abstract

本申請課題では自然免疫応答において病原体認識分子として働くToll 様受容体〔TLR〕の1 種であるTLR4 細胞外ドメイン・MD-2 複合体の結晶構造解明を目的に研究を行った。昆虫細胞を用い、結晶化を可能な純度の量の複合体を調製し、結晶化を試みたが回折実験を行えるような良質の結晶は得られなかった
