Research Abstract

ナノテクノロジーの進展により、優れたナノ物質が開発され注目を集めているが、高効率な分離精製法は報告されていなかった。我々は、カーボンナノチューブ(CNT)やアミロイドβなどのナノ物質の高精度な分離法を開発し、さらに分離したナノ物質1個の構造決定に成功した。分析法の開発と共に、溶媒に分散しないため分離することが難しいCNTを溶液や乾固した状態で安定に孤立分散させる方法を開発した。
