| Research Abstract |
本研究では、早老症ウェルナー症候群原因遺伝子産物WRNと相互作用するタンパク質として申請者の所属する研究室で見出されたWRNIP1の機能解析を目的とした。申請者は、損傷トレランス機構で働くRAD18とWRNIP1が相互作用することを初めて見出した。そこで、その機能的連携の解析から、WRNIP1が損傷トレランス機構の中心で働くRAD18と連携をとりながら、損傷トレランス機構に関与することが示唆された。
