Research Abstract

Fgf19シグナルはFgf受容体1とFgf受容体4を介してMAPK経路を活性化することにより網膜の前後軸の特性決定を調節していることが明らかになった。また、終脳の形成過程におけるFgf19の機能はFgf受容体1あるいはFgf受容体2を介して発揮され、間脳の形成過程におけるFgf19の機能はFgf受容体1、Fgf受容体2あるいはFgf受容体4を介して発揮される可能性が示唆された。
