Research Abstract

本研究では新規経口ワクチンデリバリーシステム(OWDS)を開発し、腸管関連リンパ組織へ粘膜ワクチンを的確に送達させることであった。実際本研究により、経口ワクチンをM細胞に送達させるための新規デリバリー分子(MCTM)を開発することに成功し、その研究成果は、Journal of Immunology (2009) 182(10):6061-6070 となった。
