Research Abstract

肥満発症の有無を決定する遺伝子を探索するために、多系統マウスを用いて(1)脂肪組織内における発現変動遺伝子の比較、(2)小胞体ストレス負荷の感受性差を検討した。(1)マイクロアレイ解析からメタロチオネイン-II(MT-II)遺伝子が肥満マウスで低下していた。(2)小胞体(ER)ストレスが肥満性2型糖尿病において増加するが、肝臓では肥満・非肥満を問わずERストレスが増加していたが、脂肪組織では差は認められなかったことから更なる検討が必要である。
