Research Abstract

(1)ワルファリン投与中に血液凝固能の指標となるPT-INRのコントロールがうまく出来ない患者について、末梢血からゲノムDNAを調製し、(2)ワルファリンの代謝および薬効発現に関与するCYP2C9、CYP2C19、VKORC1遺伝子を、末梢血から抽出したゲノムDNA を鋳型とし、PCR-RFLP、ダイレクトシークエンス法などにより解析した。(3)血栓塞栓症の発症に関わる遺伝的因子として考えられるVKORC1 遺伝子およびワルファリン代謝および薬効発現に関与するCYP2C9、CYP2C19について遺伝子多型迅速判定法(SMAP法)を開発し、本法が臨床現場で有効であるかを検討して論文発表した(Aomoriら、研究発表欄に記載)。発症リスクの予測を迅速に診断できる可能性が示唆された。
