Research Abstract

遺伝子治療の更なる発展のためには、既存の遺伝子導入ベクターを詳細に解析し、さらに有用なベクター開発につなげることが必要である。そこで、高い遺伝子導入効率を持つアデノウイルスベクターを解析し、ウイルスタンパク質であるファイバーシャフト部分が効率的遺伝子導入に関与していることを見出した。さらに、シャフト蛋白質は遺伝子を搭載したプラスミドとプラスミド導入試薬による遺伝子発現効率を約10倍上昇することを明らかとした。
