Research Abstract |
To improve the chemotherapeutic agents accumulation in tumor tissue, lipid nanoparticles was modified with oligoarginine lipid or cationic lipid. These particles showing cationic charge were accumulated in tumor tissue and tumor vasculature, and enhanced the antitumor activities.
