Research Abstract

胸腺上皮細胞における表皮型(E-)FABPの発現・機能解析、及び他分子種の発現解析を、主に組織学的手法により実施した.野生型およびE-FABPKOマウスとの比較解析の結果、E-FABP分子の欠損は胸腺上皮細胞の機能においては大きく影響しないことが判明した.また今回、胸腺内に分布する血管内皮細胞、並びに胸腺ナース細胞(TNC)に脂肪細胞型(A-)FABP分子が局在することを新たに見出した.
