Research Abstract |
本研究ではインスリンによる細胞膜5-HT_<2A>受容体の発現制御機構を解明する目的でこの受容体と複合体を形成する蛋白質を探索した結果、低分子量G蛋白質であるARF1を見出した。さらにARF1の機能を解析した結果、ARF1がGDP結合型(不活性化型)からGTP結合型(活性型)に変換されると5-HT_<2A>受容体の細胞内陥入(インターナリゼーション)を起こすことを明らかにした。
