Research Abstract

バゾプレッシン(AVP)-eGFPトランスジェニックラットの視交叉上核において遺伝子発現のサーカディアンリズムを測定し、時差ぼけ(位相変化)および光刺激に対する遺伝子発現の反応性を検討した。eGFP遺伝子発現はサーカディアンリズムを有しており、位相変化および光刺激に対して鋭敏に反応することを明らかにした。また、その反応性はAVP mRNAの変動より大きい可能性が示唆された。
