Research Abstract

2光子励起レーザー顕微鏡を用いたIn vivo imagingの技術を用いることで、障害回復期における、健常側相同部位の神経細胞突起(スパイン)の形態的変化の臨界期を確定することが出来た。また、その前後で機能回復とそれに伴う神経回路変化が想定される実験結果を得ることが出来た。
