Research Abstract |
DAP10遺伝子欠損マウスの解析において,DAP10遺伝子欠損マウスが加齢に伴う破骨細胞の分化障害により骨硬化を呈することを明らかにした.さらに,破骨細胞におけるDAP10会合分子の探索を行ったところ,Myeloid DAP12-associating lectin (MDL)-1を同定し, MDL-1/DAP10/DAP12の三量体を形成することを示した.このようにDAP10はMDL-1を介してDAP12と協調的にはたらき,破骨細胞分化を制御していることを明らかにした.
