Research Abstract

本研究では、受容体型チロシンホスファターゼSAP1、PTP-ROをモデルとして、上皮系細胞における膜型分子のアピカル面への局在制御機構の解明を目指した。その結果、SAP1、PTP-ROのアピカル面への局在化には、両者の細胞内領域を除く領域が必須であるが、その一方で、膜型分子の細胞膜上での発現制御に関与するGrb2と相互作用して、アピカル面での局在やその発現が制御される可能性も示唆された。また、SAP1の下流で機能するシグナル分子の同定し、これらの分子がSAP1の局在制御に関与するかについて解析を進めている。
