| Research Abstract |
私は、ホルモン補充療法に代わりうる再生治療法の開発を目指して、幹細胞を自律的な分泌調節能を持ったステロイド産生細胞に分化させることを試みている。本研究では、様々な間葉系幹細胞株から分化させ、ステロイド産生細胞を用いてステロイド産生細胞の分化メカニズムの解明を試みた。
