Research Abstract

1.二本鎖RNA結合蛋白質であるNuclear Factor90(NF90)は、核酸のミニヘリックス構造と親和性が高い。本研究で我々は、NF90がミニヘリックス構造を有する前駆体miRNAに結合し、そのプロセッシングを阻害することで、miRNAの産生に対し抑制的に機能することを見出した。また、NF90は細胞増殖を促進する機能を有することが明らかとなった。現在、NF90による細胞増殖促進機能がmiRNAの低下によるものかを解析中である。
2.NF90の発現低下はアデノウイルスの増殖を促進する可能性が見出された。現在、異なる測定方法を用い、この現象を再検討している。
