Research Abstract

パラフィプロミンは「顎腫瘍を伴う副甲状腺機能充進症」の原因遺伝子HRPZ2がコードする癌抑制蛋白質である。パラフィプロミンは細胞増殖抑制能を有するが、SV40ウイルスのlarge T抗原(LT)の存在下では、逆に細胞増殖を促進する。本研究ではパラフィプロミンとLTの相互作用部位の同定およびパラフィプロミンが関わる癌化機構に関与する分子の同定を試みた。
