Research Abstract

現在の早期胃癌に対する内視鏡治療はリンパ節転移リスクの少ない分化型癌を主な対象としているが、Glypican3を発現する胃癌は分化型が多いもののリンパ節転移リスクが高いなどの特徴を有する高悪性度胃癌であることを示し、適応には慎重な判断が必要であると考えられた。一方Epstein-Barr Virus関連胃癌は未分化型が多いがリンパ節転移リスクは極めて低く、内視鏡治療に適していることを示した。
