Research Abstract

ヒト、ラット、マウス組織おける核内受容体の組織局在の同定を完了した。HepG2細胞における染色性を各核内受容体で系統的に検討した結果、殆どの核内受容体は核質に発現するが、ROR は核小体のgranular component、LXRαはdense fibrillar componentにと異なる局在を示すことが判明した。さらに、LXRαについて詳細な局在および機能をHepG2 細胞を用いて進めた。その結果、LXRαがリボゾームRNA 転写において重要な役割を担う分子であることが判明した。より詳細な解析を加えつつ、これらの成果について一部は論文化を完了し、他のデータについても論文投稿準備中である。
