Research Abstract

被爆者には乳癌リスクの上昇に加え、HER-2とC-MYCがん遺伝子増幅が高頻度であることが判明した。様々な腫瘍でがん遺伝子増幅が知られていてゲノム不安定性が関与している。放射線は線量依存性にDNA二重鎖切断を引き起こし、切断されたDNAは修復機構により再結合するが、修復メカニズムはエラーも起こす。そのため遺伝子の再配列や増幅が生じると考えられる。
