Research Abstract

これまでに、糸球体腎炎の蛸足細胞においてCARP蛋白質が発現誘導されることが分かっていた。今回の研究では、腎炎患者の尿中に剥離した蛸足細胞からCARP蛋白質が検出できることが明らかとなった。また種々の糸球体腎炎によってCARP陽性細胞の尿中への出現頻度が異なっていることから、CARPを指標とした腎炎の病態のモニターが可能であるかもしれない。
