| Research Abstract |
腎細胞癌96例におけるRANKL,RANK,OPG発現を検討した結果、RANKL,RANK高発現・OPG低発現例が高頻度に骨転移をきたすことが判明した。さらに腎細胞癌由来細胞株Caki-1にRANKL蛋白を添加して培養するとmigrationが亢進した。この作用はOPGを添加することで抑制された。RANKL,RANK高発現・OPG低発現例は骨のみでなく他臓器に転移しやすいこともわかったので、RANKL,RANK,OPGsystemはmigrationを制御することにより骨および他臓器への転移にかかわっていると考えられる。
