| Research Abstract |
肝臓型脂肪酸結合蛋白(L-FABP)の腎保護作用を、マウス近位尿細管細胞株(24mProx)を用いて検討した。野生型の24mProxには、L-FABPが発現していないことから、ヒトL-FABP遺伝子をトランスフェクションした細胞を用いた。遺伝子が組み込まれた細胞では、尿細管線維化刺激および酸化ストレス刺激による尿細管細胞上皮細胞の上皮間葉形質転換が、無処置の細胞に比べ有意に抑制されていた。
