Research Abstract

赤内型マラリア感染において抗原特異的CD8+T細胞は増殖活性化した。さらにマラリアを治療後記憶細胞が分化誘導される事が分かった。ところが、記憶T細胞は次感染の際に増殖が制限される事が示唆された。この結果から、記憶T細胞の増加制限が、マラリア感染で見られる免疫抑制の原因の一つである可能性が示唆された。
