Research Abstract |
内視鏡後のH. pylori培養検体においてアレル特異的PCR法によりキノロン耐性にかかわるgyrA遺伝子変異株と野生株を2本のPCRチューブで3〜4時間で簡便に識別可能であった。糞便検体については他の腸内細菌のgyrA遺伝子も増幅されてしまい判定不能であった。従来のH. pylori薬剤感受性試験は費用がかかり、10〜14日間の日数を要するが、H. pyloriのキノロン耐性に関わるgyrA遺伝子変異においてアレル特異的PCR法による迅速検出法は簡便で有用と考えられた。
