Research Abstract

デングウイルス感染性cDNAクローンを用いた解析により、非構造蛋白質NS1に2ヶ所存在するグリコシレーション部位の1つがウイルスの増殖に必須であることを明らかにした。また非構造蛋白質NS4AのN端の細胞質ドメインがウイルス増殖に重要な役割を果たすことを明らかにした。NS1と相互作用する因子候補を同定したが、確定までには至っていない。
