Research Abstract

プレB細胞受容体(Pre-BCR)は、H鎖遺伝子再編成の停止(対立遺伝子排除)、細胞増殖の誘導、あるいは軽鎖(L鎖)遺伝子再編成の誘導など、B細胞の初期分化に重要な役割を担っている。しかし、リガンドの必要性を含めPre-BCRシグナルを惹起する分子メカニズムに関しては、未だ決定的な証拠が得られていない。そこで本研究では上記の未解明な分子メカニズムを申請者らが開発、応用してきたスクリーニング及びクローニングシステムを基に明らかにすることを目的とした。
