Research Abstract

STIM1ノックアウトマウスを作製し、本マウス由来胎仔肝細胞から分化させたSTIM1欠損肥満細胞を用いる事により、STIM1がIgE依存的な抗原刺激によるカルシウム流入に必須であることを明らかにした。さらに、STIM1が肥満細胞の脱顆粒、サイトカイン産生、そしてアナフィラキシー反応において重要な役割を果すことを見出しました。B細胞特異的STIM1ノックアウトマウスの樹立に成功し、解析の準備が整った。また、STIM1に結合するタンパク質の同定に成功した。
