Research Abstract

新規クルクミン誘導体が様々ながん細胞に対して増殖抑制効果を持つことが、培養細胞を用いた実験で明らかになった。この誘導体に抗癌剤を組み合わせた場合のがん細胞増殖抑制効果を検討した。また、がん抑制遺伝子TP53ステータスによる増殖抑制効果についても検討した。その結果、クルクミン誘導体単独よりも抗癌剤を組み合せた場合でより強い増殖抑制効果が認められ、この効果は相加的な効果であった。各種がん細胞のTP53ステータスによる細胞増殖抑制効果の違いは見出せなかった。
