Research Abstract

本研究では、トランスポーターを介した物質輸送のリアルタイムイメージングを行った。プローブとして、トランスポーター輸送基質の化学構造を考慮した蛍光標識体を調製した。トランスポーター安定発現細胞における蛍光プローブの取り込み過程をセルファンクションイメージャーにて観察したところ、細胞内に蛍光プローブが時間依存的に濃縮的に取り込まれることが視覚的に証明され、取り込まれた蛍光プローブの細胞内局在まで明らかにすることが可能となった。
