Research Abstract

本研究課題では、ミコフェノール酸の適正使用を目指して、臨床で使用される薬物との相互作用解析を中心に検討を行った。ラットを用いた実験の結果、ミコフェノール酸とmTOR阻害剤エベロリムスを併用投与した場合、ミコフェノール酸のグルクロン酸抱合代謝物の胆汁中排泄が抑制され、血漿中濃度が上昇することを見出した。本研究成果は、臨床におけるミコフェノール酸の薬物相互作用を理解する上で有用な情報になると考える。
