Research Abstract

研究成果の概要:女性ホルモンが接触アレルギーを増悪化する機構を解明するため、アレルギー反応で生じるリンパ球の増殖を検討した。マウスに女性ホルモンである17β-estradiolを3.2μg投与し、感作物質を塗布して7日後、血液中のリンパ球を解析した。またリンパ球を培養して培養液中に17β-estradio1を添加した。その結果、17β-estradiolはリンパ球の一種であるメモリーリンパ球を増加させることが明らかになった。
