| Research Abstract |
1)捕集方法の検討:4種類のサンプラーならびに3種類の培地を用いて比較検討した結果,N6アンダーセンサンプラーとDG18培地の組み合わせが妥当であると考えられた。2)作業環境における浮遊状況の把握:穀物荷揚げ作業,健康影響が発生した大学内の一室,古書取り扱い作業,および住宅リフォーム作業における真菌浮遊状況の調査を実施した。各々の空気中真菌の平均濃度は順に3940,2580,5225,1442cfu/m^3であり,これらの作業中には高濃度の真菌が浮遊している可能性が示唆された。健康影響を未然に防ぐためには浮遊状況の把握ならびにその結果に応じた措置が重要であると考えられる。
