Research Abstract	医療機関および食肉から分離されたB群溶血性レンサ球菌(GBS)について、薬剤感受性や遺伝子型別等の解析を行った。一部の菌株で分離由来にかかわらず共通の薬剤耐性および遺伝型が認められ、医療および畜産環境間を伝播している体制株の存在が示唆された。一方、治療の第一選択薬に耐性を持つ株は特定の医療機関に限られており、現時点では大きな脅威となっていないものと思われた。
