| Research Abstract |
頭蓋内椎骨動脈の破裂によるクモ膜下出血の法医解剖例について,連続切片を作製して病理組織学的に検討した.内因性動脈解離と外傷性動脈破裂との組織形態学的鑑別を試みた結果,外傷例では破綻部位の外膜伸展が無いのに対し,内因例では全例の外膜が伸展していることが両者の鑑別に最も有用でことが判った.また内因性動脈解離の成因は未だ不明であるが,本研究結果から中膜の変性が初期病変となっている可能性が示唆された.
