| Research Abstract |
剖検予定遺体33例についてMRI撮影を行い、画像に及ぼす死後変化や死因の影響を検討した。MRIで特徴的な画像上の変化として、T1強調画像で大脳基底核が高信号化、T2強調画像で内包が低信号化、T2強調画像で脂肪抑制などを認めたが、何を反映した変化なのかは解明できなかった。CTでは描出困難な肺動脈内血栓や脳動脈瘤もMRIでは明瞭に描出され、死因診断に有用であったが、死因の多くを占める虚血性心疾患の診断は困難であった。死因診断の精度向上のためには、死後造影など新たな撮像法の開発が必要と考えられる。
