Research Abstract

副腎皮質刺激ホルモン放出因子(CRF)による交感神経系賦活の調節因子として一酸化窒素合成酵素(NOS)に着目し、CRFを脳室内投与したラットの視床下部室傍核におけるNOS発現の解析を行った。CRF投与によりiNOS発現は有意に増加し、一方nNOS発現の変化はみられなかった。また、iNOSおよびnNOS陽性細胞は各々、CRFにより活性化した。
以上より、CRFによる交感神経系賦活には主としてiNOSが関与している可能性が示された。
