Research Abstract

肝移植後C型肝炎重症化に関与する因子として、インターフェロン治療のウイルス学的効果が重要であることを明らかにした。さらに、血中の胆道系酵素の上昇が肝移植後C型肝炎の線維化進行の危険因子であること、インターフェロン治療によりその改善が期待できることを明らかにした。
