Research Abstract

樹状細胞のDelta-Jaggedの制御を応用した炎症性腸疾患に対する治療開発は未だに行われていない。本研究の結果より、Jagged-1を強制発現させた樹状細胞の移入によって実験的腸炎モデルにおける腸炎が有意に改善することが示された。Jagged-1強発現樹状細胞は制御性T細胞を誘導し腸炎の改善効果につながるものと考えられた。以上の結果から樹状細胞に発現するDelta, jaggedの制御が炎症性腸疾患患者に対する新たな治療法となるものと期待される。
